Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬
Today, as we celebrate 65 years of nationhood, we are reminded that independence is more than a date on the calendar, it is a call to action, a commitment to freedom, and a responsibility to shape a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.
At The Drug Free Project, we believe that true freedom cannot exist where chains of addiction remain. A drug-free Nigeria is a stronger Nigeria. A nation where young people are free from the grip of substance abuse is a nation empowered to dream, build, and lead.
As we mark this Independence Day, our advocacy continues with renewed strength:
✅ Raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.
✅ Partnering with communities, schools, and faith groups to reach more lives.
✅ Supporting recovery and rehabilitation efforts.
✅ Building a movement of committed Nigerians who say No to Drugs, Yes to Life.
